The most amazingly beautiful double petaled lily opened in the garden today. I photographed it in the shade and again later when the sunlight reached it.
These pretty little flowers among the grass in the lawn are about the size of a fingernail.
Two kittens were given away and two are still here - they are looking about half grown now.
The cats are usually all over the place, but in this rare moment most of the family was together. The two adult males are often together, but this usually entails much howling and growling, so it's just as well that one of them was elsewhere.
Josie, the Siamese, is the mama cat and the daddy is an Oriental breed. The kittens are a beautiful mix.
The two female kittens are still looking for new homes, so if you want to adopt one, please contact Schütz & Kanomata.
